LOS ANGELES - Leona Lewis (24) offered a date with him last night as part of fundraising for the earthquake victims of Haiti. Previously, the singer who rose leaf through the song "Bleeding Love" has contributed his voice to a charity event, hosted Simon Cowell.
Lewis apparently still want to do more to help the citizens of Haiti who became victims of the earthquake. He offers a dinner date to the highest bidder, including giving the gift of a CD album that he signed.
"I'm amazed and inspired by the courage the people of Haiti. The earthquake that happened was terrible. I want to do anything to help them. So I released the auction online dating, "he said.
"We will collect as much money. Please, you all have a chance to win a date with me last night. You also can ride with me or do something else. Come, support what I do, "said Lewis.
This British-born singer was preparing to undergo its first tour outside the UK. One thing that he feared was homesick.
"Like all people who travel for their jobs, we would have been missed," said Lewis, who won the reality show The X Factor (2004).
